This year, for Halloween, Owen was a BYU football player. He was so excited when he saw the costume, but as halloween drew closer and he heard that his cousin was going to be batman, and saw other costumes, he thought he should be something a little more like superman. In the end he was pretty excited to get dressed up as a football player. He even wore the black underneath his eyes like a pro. He was so cute in his costume, and now he likes to put it on when he's ready to play football with daddy.
Owen loved going from house to house yelling trick or treat. He didn't want to miss a single door even though there are only a few candies he will actually eat! It was fun to see him really understand what it was all about though, and next year I will let him decide, on his own what he would like to dress up as. That will make it even better.
We saw grandma and grandpa Sweet along the trick or treat route.
During October Owen had his pictures taken. He has grown so much since we last had them taken, and so Lauren helped us out, and did such a great job! Thanks Laur!
